Explore our case studies below to see how we can transform your water management challenges into opportunities for innovation and success.

  • THE CHALLENGE

Clients want to support their operational field staff through the avoidance of contamination and personal injury whilst alighting from vehicles, particularly at water quick-fill stations. They also want to improve the practical processes involved at contaminated zones

    OUR SOLUTION

Our ‘Safe Start’ system was specifically designed and built to allow operatives to remain in their vehicle throughout the process of filling tanks and water carts, via the use of smart remote-control technology. This solution reduces instances of personnel exiting and entering their vehicles, which in turn significantly reduces quick-fill time frames. It also enhances safety and productivity, leading to an overall improvement in efficiency.

  • THE CHALLENGE

Over recent times, we’ve been asked to provide water management expertise to meet a range of common environmental issues including; Weed & Seed Mitigation, the avoidance and spread of Dieback disease, the control and removal of hazardous materials and fibres and the de-contamination of plant and various biohazards.

    OUR SOLUTION

A range of purpose designed and built modular components which collectively deliver an effective hazard removal & containment outcome via a washing system. Component options include; automation, filtration, oil/water separation, water treatment & discharge. Systems can by powered by a combination of generator and solar and the overall solution can incorporate AMG’s ‘Safe Start’.

  • THE CHALLENGE

Many traditional logistics methods for large water tanks require both oversized transport and high-risk onsite lifts. These methods are often not commercially viable and can incur excessive project costs and delays.

    OUR SOLUTION

A range of containerised water tanks designed and built with features aligned to a specific project and/or sector. This increases the options available to clients, reduces the cost and provides a safe mobilisation environment. The tanks feature automated systems suited to meet various filling systems, which then optimises filling capacity. These tanks cater for water transfer, water treatment, boosting systems and/or quick-fill stations.

  • THE CHALLENGE

With multiple pumping and dewatering sites across one location, the client was struggling to achieve reliable and consistent dewatering outcomes to adhere to schedules and desired environmental standards

    OUR SOLUTION

We undertook a complete site assessment to ascertain the parameters of each site ‘project’. Our Integrated Approach involved the design, project management, equipment specification, scheduling and deployment covering all sites. The solution incorporated public safety, environmental & cultural sensitivities and proactive reporting.

  • THE CHALLENGE

Deploying emergency water management equipment in time-critical situations is challenging. The market required a smarter way to meet the needs of flooding, stormwater management and fire instances.

    OUR SOLUTION

A purpose designed and built Emergency Response Mobile Pump Set complete with a 12m Suction Hose and 20m Discharge hose. It’s also suited for Mobile Dewatering, River Diversion and Pipeline Maintenance.
