The concept revolves around the fact that people – including our team members and business owners themselves – are inspired by a sense of purpose (or “Why”), and that this should come first when communicating, before “How” and “What”
So What’s our WHY at AMG?
We’ve enjoyed such an incredible journey from the first day we launched our business. We challenge ourselves daily for outcomes greater than most would consider. Our core principle of delivering quality each and every time is powered by our collaboration with not only our clients, but also through the AMG ‘community’; a like minded group of individuals, entities and aligned drivers who support what we do and inspire us to deliver on our promise.
This active community and collaboration has enabled our WHY and in our everyday lives is exemplified by our sponsorship for FISH – Foundation of Indigenous Sustainable Health – in the form of apprenticeships, storage and sorting space and recently, a partnership with our new neighbours, Gevolve Solutions.
