AMG Aqua Dust Management

AMG Innovation Division introduces AMG Aqua Dust Management. A range of Dust control solutions, engineered for WA mining and bulk handling. These will be gradually introduced over the coming weeks and months.

AMG Pump Rentals is expanding its innovation-led portfolio with the launch of AMG Aqua Dust Management — a specialist suite of products and services designed to tackle one of Western Australia’s most persistent operational and health challenges: airborne dust across mines, ports, and material handling operations. From the Pilbara to the North West, our clients push assets hard in harsh climates. AMG’s answer is a practical, low-maintenance, water-smart approach that improves air quality, protects people, and stabilises operations without compromising throughput.

Phase-one services (available under AMG Aqua Dust Management):

  • Dry Fog (launching first) — ultra-fine fog that binds together respirable dust at the source with minimal added moisture. Ideal where moisture budgets are tight and fines carryover is a risk.
  • Wind Fence — engineered barriers that reduce wind speed over stockpiles and open yards, cutting dust lift-off and improving the effectiveness of other controls.
  • NESCO Water Spray — robust spray systems for conveyors, hoppers, and screens to suppress larger particulates and keep spillage and carryback in check.

Why AMG, and why now?
For decades, AMG has delivered smart water projects and rental solutions that perform in WA’s toughest environments. AMG Aqua Dust Management builds on that heritage: integrated water and air delivery, proven hardware, and site-ready controls — all backed by the AMG Innovation Division for rapid prototyping, field validation, and continuous improvement. The result is a dust control suite that’s practical to maintain, simple to operate, and effective across respirable and visible dust challenges.

Launching Dry Fog first
We will introduce Dry Fog as our initial service, reflecting strong demand for source-point suppression with minimal moisture addition. Our deployment packages include site audits, moisture budget guidance, and integration with existing AMG pump infrastructure to streamline installation and commissioning.

What this means for WA operators

  • Better protection for people in high-exposure areas
  • Fewer secondary clean-ups and unplanned stoppages
  • Solutions tuned for local conditions, delivered and supported by a WA-based team

What’s next
Over the coming weeks, AMG will roll out dedicated service pages on our website and technical resources for all four solutions under the AMG Aqua Dust Management category. In parallel, we’ll begin site assessments for early Dry Fog deployments.
