Giving back to the WA community who have supported the growth and development of our own business is something that AMG Pump Rentals is committed to. So it is with great pleasure that we are able to provide warehouse space to enable the FISH – Foundation for Indigenous Sustainable Health – team to have a sorting, distribution and staging point for their support of remote Aboriginal communities and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families.
About FISH
FISH is a Western Australian based community organisation, developing and running a range of initiatives to meet their Vision for all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to be confident, connected, and healthy.
FISH does this by developing and running a range of initiatives that provide opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to:
- share their wisdom and insights to the broader community,
- to teach people how to connect and care for each other and for the country, whilst closing the gap and breaking generational cycles of poverty, trauma, and engagement with the justice system.
AMG Pump Rentals commitment to supporting FISH
In the LinkedIn announcement with FISH, our Director Mike Lane had this to say about AMG Pump Rental’s commitment to supporting our community:
“I have been following the work of FISH for a long time and just love the real difference they are making.”
“ I caught up with the CEO Mark Anderson and asked what we can do and he said we need warehouse space which was easy for our company to provide.”
“We look forward to exploring how else we can further support the important work of FISH as together we strive to make a real difference in the lives of families and communities.”
